The first annual Cayman Cookout takes place Jan. 16 to 19, 2009, and will be sponsored by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and Food & Wine magazine. Hosted by Chef Eric Ripert, creator of Grand Cayman restaurant Blue by Eric Ripert, the weekend of events, tastings, demonstrations and wine seminars will take place on Seven Mile Beach.
